      Spoke to Terry this afternoon who's plot it was and he hopes to have whatever he wants/needs from the plot cleared out by next weekend. I'll get the main gate key off him then hopefully and redeem the temporary key off you for the small gate. If your'e dead keen to get started the actual growing area in between the shacks can be started now.

      We have a committee meeting next Saturday at 11.00 so I'll deffo be on site then.

      I reckon a lot of the old sheds are 'fire fodder' and the the Council stipulate no more fires after the end of March.
      The Committee can overrule this Council if deemed appropriate for a one off burn so you would need to ascertain what you were getting rid of (quite a lot I would imagine) and choose a burn date.

      Welcome aboard Jay-ell.

        Its alright veggie I'm crocked for quite a while yet so it will give you a bit of a breather!

        PS There's no couch left on the plot (at least I don't think there is, everything but the kitchen sink there though!) so I'm still relying on you as my 'Couch' coach buddy!

          Well, VC, ive had a look in Snadgers green house so heres the low down.

          I was impressed by the size of his <CENSORED> definate bigger than mine. He shown me his fine <CENSORED>, something to be proud of. His <CENSORED> was nice solid and firm. In the corner was his <CENSORED> so I can imaging it getting pretty hot in there . From where I was standing I caught a glimps of his frlly pantiles which looked good.

          Hope that helps your inquisitiveness.

                And you don't have to worry about getting the nightmare plot as it's already gone.

                  Oh, I don't know, I've still got a few nightmares still up my sleeve!

                  I may need to use my car salesmans charm to get rid of a few.

                  * One careful owner!
                  * A blank page to put your own stamp onto!
                  * No marestail on this plot!
                  * Nice friendly neighbours!
                  * Bindweed has a lovely flower and is dead easy to get rid of!
                  * Makings of a good shed/greenhouse there!
                  * North facing, thats good!
                  * Put chooks on that bit they'll soon clear it.
                  * Good soil, better than some of the other clay soil plots!
                  *No they aren't Ash saplings growing up the fence, they're fruit trees!

                      Marestail - grow your own potscourers, very environmentally friendly
                      Nettles - good to see those, shows how fertile the soil is
                      Brambles - think of all that blackberry and apple crumble in the autumn

                        Fully established soft fruit garden.

                        Bindweed is a great mineral accumulator, just pop into a water butt for your own liquid fertiliser

                          We are finally down to only one plot available and it makes Jay-Ell's plot look like Shan-Gri -La!
                          I've just had a wander round it and there are booby traps galore in what looks like a mini downtown Soweto!
                          Its the main entry point for vandals onto the site and I'm slightly worried the previous tennant may have set up a mine field around the edge!
