Hi Debs and welcome. Often the best way to find a plot is to visit the site and ask if anything is available. Do you know of any private sites in your area?

I have checked Freasley allotments but unfortunately there are no plots available at the moment. It's a shame as that would have been perfect!

Can I ask why you want a private plot rather than a council one?

Sure... all of our local council allotments have a very long waiting list. Just a small private allotment would suit me better - quiet & relaxing, a place to de-stress.

When did you check Freasley? Apparently there was a plot available from 1st September.

Hi,

I did visit the Freasley plot but unfortunately he'd already given it to a family member. I posted on here the day I found out. We are on the waiting list though but its such a lovely place I can't imagine the plots come available very often.
