Peter; Sorry to hear of your loss and hope that dealing with stuff doesn't knock you out. Spring is on it's way and the growing season may help. Warm thoughts, Jane & Andy.

Sorry to hear your news Peter, death is never an easy thing to deal with especially if it is some very close to you.

Very sorry to hear about your loss Peter. As one who has been on the other end of dealing with death (ie as a nurse) I know it is never easy to deal with and the informing of people and dealing with all the bits seems to take ages often making things more difficult.
Thought and good wishes being sent. Take care of yourself in all this.Bright Blessings

Lesley, I am sorry to hear of your loss, and didn't mean to ignore it last night. I do hope that you feel supported and have been able to grieve. Loss is always unique and although we all go through it, no-one else is ever in the same place.
Best wishes and I hope the coming Spring brings renewal and re-surgence of energy and optimism.

Day off today, so we were planning on going to see a man about another free greenhouse and then getting down to the plot (after dropping my car off for some warranty work following its service the week before last) and hopefully burning the rubbish (weed roots and some rotten wood) that we've been collecting, but with the weather as cold as its been and the frost not clearing, plus my MINI being ready earlier than expected, we didnt make it to the plot today!
We did manage to see the guy about his Dads greenhouse, and are expecting a phone call in the near future, then spent some time planting up the chilli seeds that have propagated, planting some shallot and leek seeds to go into propagators and doing some food shopping! Hiopefully the need to buy fresh veg will soon be something we dont have anymore, cant wait for the spring and summer to get planting and then cropping!Blessings
