Cheops here's a link to a thread I'm almost finished with trying to ID an apple. Maybe if you collected the same data next year someone here would be able to help get you an ID?

Thanks Jimny14. I’ll note next year time of flowering, will take photos of the flowers and this year will photograph one of the apples cut in half. However I can’t help thinking blossom date will be more related to local weather than variety of apple?
