I really like this variety, especially for patio growing. It’s not the best flavoured cherry tomato out there but makes up for it by being both highly decorative and massively productive.

I haven't grown it - I may give it a whirl but as a rule yellow toms aren't as tasty as red -that's just my opinion.

When I've seen photos of other grapes growing it they seem to be heavy croppers. So worth a shot.

I've grown these a few times and they are very productive. If my memory serves me right, they are quite delicate seedlings with not much root at first but they seem to make up for it later with trusses of 60+ fruit.

Flavour's OK, I defined it a "bright" which I think meant that it was not too tart but also not mealy.

I prefer toms with a bit of acidity to balance the sweetness, so grow (Yellow) Peardrops instead
A smaller plant though, it has to be said.

I wasn’t impressed with the flavour of Ildi when I grew it. But it was my first year in the polytunnel and I definitely made some mistakes so maybe it’s worth a try.
