Bought some bare root Joan J rasps a month or two ago after lots of recommendations for them on here. Planted them in the raised beds and they are just wee sticks. There is no sign of growth on them yet. My other rasps are starting to show lots of buds and sprouting growth. Just checking would I be expecting them to do anything yet or am I worrying unnecessarily?

Autumn raspberries grow new canes in spring to fruit on in the autumn. The ones you've bought may have the remains of last year's cane (which will look like a stick!) and you can expect new ones to grow alongside it.
They take a while to establish themselves and "a month or two" isn't very long.
Keep them watered and be patient. They'll grow and taste wonderful!

The bare root raspberries I newly planted this winter aren't showing signs of life yet, either, despite the existing ones (of the same varieties) having been growing for some time now.
When I nick the bark it is still green underneath, so in theory they are still alive, but we shall see...
