Raspberry Canes - Autumn Fruiting - Where ??

Quick change of plan. Gooseberries are giving sighs of relief.
Small area that I suspect would suit raspberry canes fairly well.
All I need is raspberry canes. Will have to be Autumn fruiting ones, simply as the pruning of them is easy = Do Forever [Grow, fruit, chop].

Any ideas who does decent mail order varieties, thinking Joan J here.
Looked at Ken Muir site and they are not mailing any owing to the mild weather.

The garden centres around here (3) are all closed, may try 2 a bit further away. But mail order will I guess be the only viable, or half viable option.

You won't find anywhere selling bareroot canes now. You'll have to look online for potted plants, which are sadly more expensive.

These guys still have bare root canes. I ordered some at the end of March. Sold out of Joan J but have Polka in stock... maybe others.

I strongly suggest never buying anything from Chris Bowers. Bunch of con men. They pass off one variety as another. That's probably why they seem to have such a large number of varieties and rootstocks: they just sell the same few varieties as whatever people ask for.

OK, found some.When the garden centres open I checked my most local and they only had Autimn Bliss. Had them once and unimpressed.
Tried the next nearest the next day and they had potted bunches of Polka, which was the alternative to Joan J.
So bought 2 pots of 5 canes of those.
Now have a small bed of 10-12 canes - they had been in the pots long enough to throw out new growth from the root area,

Also tend to avoid Chris Bowers after a similar bought a specific plum variety then found it was not as purchased and paid for.
Never went back.
