Apples & Plums

I have two apple trees and a plum tree on my allotment which are in the wrong place they are all 3yr old trees, when would be the best time to relocate them on my plot?

When they are dormant is the usual time to move trees. Fortunately they aren't too old. Any time from now to Dec/Jan should be ok. Keep an eye on the water from the next season - they can dry out and struggle otherwise. Good luck.
