Poundland was selling for £1 but that was few weeks ago when I last saw them. Anyway Wilko is the most expensive one at £3.99 but they do go fast as I discovered last year so I was grateful for buying one without waiting for the sale first.

But the ones from poundland are so small you might as well buy bigger ones from an another supplier.

I just got one from Lidl this morning, but it's a tiny, sad little thing
So...I went to the local garden centre and bought it a companion for £10 ....and then another one
Well they were at least 10 times bigger!!

              Oh...and also a cranberry bush

I know they're quite sad, aren't they? But in a year, they'll get as big as mine about 20 inches at the highest point (and could be bigger for others) but I'd be surprised if I get any fruits this year even...to save me the disappointment, then next year a trickle of fruits at least.

How big is your GC one? I have yet to find a garden centre that actually sells blueberry or any berry bush for that matter!!! I thought they were too exotic unless it's apple, pear, plum, cherry, gooseberry and grapes. Maybe times have changed . BTW did the GC have more than one named variety blueberry or was it just one blueberry choice without a variety name?

The Lidl one had no variety names on it , but the GC one are different varieties ...had a choice of two, so got one of each in case the Lidl one didn't make it.
The GC ones are about 2 ft high by18" wide and covered in buds- some of the leaves are just starting to open.
The good thing about them is they are potted up , as opposed to bare rooted, so I'm less likely to kill them off between now and planting out
