  • Strawberry Advice Please

Some of last years strawberry plants have survived the winter so far in my unheated greenhouse. Today I have chopped off the dead bits and replanted the plants in new compost. Will I get strawberries off them this year or do I need to start again with new plants?

Really didn't need to dig them up in the first place .The frost will only kill the flowers ie meaning no fruit this year . Just make sure you cut the runners off and i cant see why you want get any strawberrys. Saying that what dead bits ? aslong as u didnt cut off any of the middle ( crown ) your be fine
