Huckleberry

Bought a packet of huckleberry seeds the other day and am looking for hints and tips from anyone that has grown them before.

Easy to grow- mine were in acidic peat soil.
Loads of berries....but mine were REALLY sour- even after leaving them to the frost to sweeten them up. No idea why- other peeps seem to have no problems with the flavour- maybe it was the variety??
You just have to watch out for bears- they are very partial to the berries.
