Duel fruit trees

The mini patio ones are probably never going to produce heavily. They're too small.

I got 4 quad family trees from deacons last autumn and they've all been covered in blossom for weeks now. I'm begrudgingly going to remove most of the fruit when it forms, but they've done really well so far.

I'll take a look at Deacons then.

I'm nothing to do with Deacons, but I was impressed with them all round and they were competitively priced last autumn when I was looking into it.

They came very well wrapped in a big straw padded bundle, were in good condition and were surprisingly big. They're probably around 5' tall now with 3-4' spread and were all covered in blossom earlier in the year.

I'm still planning to get one of these dual types this coming Autumn, just wondered how peoples trees are fairing now another season has gone by....

Our plum tree is a healthy enough looking tree - with two grafts - but still only a sprinkle of blossom on each. Gonna look at root pruning for next year!
