My strawbs are flowering like mad, I've been feeding them monthly since
March with liquid seaweed and a high potash feed mixed together, I've
also being using the same thing to feed my tomatoe plants, which have also
got flowers on, the strawberry plants are outside, in a slightly sheltered but
sunny position. The plants and flowers look really healthy, but I have picked
a few bugs and caterpillars off. They've over wintered outside. Most of the
plants are a variety called Albion.

My proper strawberries are flowering nicely - have lost track of what variety they all are as they are a right mix which has been made worse by me taking runners all over the place. The alpines are also flowering and now starting to form early fruits so the world is good and I'll soon be able to eat the sweet and lovely fruit!

Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

i have runners that have gone mad through my lawn (well not a lawn as such - long scrappy grass) and they're all flowering so i'm reluctant to mow the grass now!

All of mine are flowering - different varieties, some are last years, some are new, and they've all had flowers for a couple of weeks now. It still seems a bit early to me - I'm sure last year there were no flowers until May, but hey, if they want to flower now, who am I to argue with them...

Mine are outside where they stay all year, this year I've restricted the size of the bed because it's getting too big.

Atm, it looks like a huge patch of daisies, smothered in flowers and lots of new plantlets rooted and coming on nicely.

My alpine plants are also madly flowering.

I'm really looking forward to popping a few on my breakfast cereal - I have been thinking this since I bought them last year.

There is a lone other type of strawb that has decided to put on some flowers but it has been very warm here now for weeks. The rest know better!

Duh! I thought they weren't supposed to be encouraged to fruit in their first year so I picked the flowers off mine

All looking good at my place, flowers out and buds forming on all varieties. My Mara des Boises have been cooked in the greenhouse and are looking very crispy round the edges: lesson is leave the vents and door open and shade on blazing hot days ....
