Hope this is'nt too daft a question, I have one gooseberry bush (Invicta) in the garden, do I need two for pollination... Hope to hear soon.

Not daft at all. I've only got one bush - don't know the variety as my neighbour gave it to me (he didn't know either) when clearing a bed. It fruits like billy-oh! They are fine on their own. Good luck with yours. I think it's Invicta that's resistant to mildew.Whoever plants a garden believes in the future.

I had an Invicta all on its own last year and got three gooseberries! As a result I assumed it was ok to have one on its own!~
Aerodynamically the bumblebee shouldn't be able to fly, but the bumblebee doesn't know that so it goes on flying anyway.
