Fig - Limb blight and Fruit drop??

Hi there, I'm growing a fig in the greenhouse in a pot in Ireland and I'm not doing very well getting the fruit to stay on the branches. THey are dropping off when about hald size and did the same last year. Has this happened to anyone else?

Also, I got limb blight on one of the branches so I cut if off but I'm wondering will is spread to the rest of the fig anyway....does anyone have any ideas about these two things.
