How much fruit?

Can I expect from my new fruit trees? they are 2 years old (or they were in November when we planted them) I am sure the literature said they would produce fruit this year, but was wondering how much to expect?
We planted apple x 2, pear, plum and damson

I got twelve glorious apples from my bare rooted Sunset apple on it's first year. It is now it's second year and it's covered with bloom, so here's hoping!

i was told to only let them fruit lightly in the first year, to let them get their root system really established...dont know if it was right but i only let 6 apples mature on each tree last year, this year i'm going to let them do what they want
