Pale marks on Conference pear tree leaves

Can anyone help?

My conference pear has flowered very well this year. I've just noticed that many of the leaves have pale regular marks on them. It is trained against a wall and it has been quite dry. I wonder if that could be the cause.

Any ideas viners?
