I have a Timperley rhubarb crown in a very large container. It is sending up lots of stalks and looks healthy enough but the leaves are tinged pink.....rhubarb colour.....can anyone tell me please if this is normal? It is in it's second year....the stalks are not all that thick but look quite strong.

Nahh! Don't blush petal, we're pulling your leg. They say the only daft question is the one you don't ask. I know how easy it is to get worried when you first start growing your own. You fuss over every little change in the plant (not realising that some of these are perfectly normal!) When you're an old hand you'll leave them to tough it out. Natural selection! Good luck with the growing.Whoever plants a garden believes in the future.
