Wine is easy....keep every thing clean and sterile and you wont have a problem.
    4lb blackberries
    1 bag of sugar
    1 teaspoon of yeast nutriant
yeast (home brew shop should have burgandy, and all you need)
    The juice of a lemon.

Put your berries and the sugar into a bucket, pour over enough boiling water to disolve the sugar, top up the water leavel to about the gallon mark, add the yeast neutriant and the lemon juice, put the lid on or close cover, and leave it over night to cool right down, then add your yeast and put into a warm place, the yeast will start to work and lift the fruit to the top, pressing the fruit down a few times a day, and after four days strain the juice into a demijon, fit an air lock....and it should be ready for christmas...

dont use metal when fermenting...it will taint the wine

I used blackberries and damasons 4lb of each....and it was just like port..have fun
