Advice please

I have been given some strawberry plants in a tub, they looked a bit sad so I have trimmed the dead stuff away and repotted in some fresh compost (growbag) and put them back in the tub after cleaning it. I would like to know what is the best food to give them to boost them along

The fresh copost should have enough nutrients to fed the plants for 4 - 6 weeks. However, a shot of tomato feed wouldn't do them any harm.
Do you know how old the plants are - most strawberry plants are replaced after three years of fruiting .
