GW to night ~ plastic freezer place 6/8 apples (depends on size of the apples) in the bag ~ fold the top over (do not seal the bag) using a pencil /pen make 6/8 holes in the bag to allow air to circulate around the apples and store them some where you can keep an eye on them ~ shed garage.
The apples you want to store, must have no blemishes or damage of any kind, you must also leave the stalk in the apple

It's going to be a difficult year for storing this year, almost all our cookers have scab to a lesser or greater degree. It may be as well to peel, slice and freze some of the crop, or even make apple pies (or whatever) and freeze them. We're giving away as much as possible, thoug some may make it into the cider.
