peach tree too big for greenhouse

I moved my peach tree into the greenhouse after asking if this was the best place.. but the top 6 inches or so of it it curled against the plastic roof as it's too tall.
Will this mean the top branches will rot if the roof panels are damp? Should I move it into the shed instead?
