Silver leaf disease?

Do you think this is silverleaf disease in my plum tree. No evidence of it on the leaves however

When did you prune it,is this the tree that’s leaning over? It does look like the beginnings of the disease.

Looks like some sort of fungus disease to me - I notice some cracks in the bark on the trunk in the larger of the two photos. Bit hard to say with plums sometimes, over the years I've had a couple of large well established plum trees die on me for no apparent reason.
