Hi Everyone,
I bought a cheap pear tree from Aldi earlier this year which seemed to have established quite well and looked quite healthy - despite the bark being chewed by rabbits within the first week or so!
This week however I've noticed something dodgy on some of the leaves.
It looks like some sort of fungus.
It's on the underside of the leaves and appears to be a brown lump with what look like roots growing out of it.
I've removed all of the affected leaves (about a dozen) and watching for any more.
Does anybody know what it is and if I need to do anything else other than remove any more leaves that look infected?
I've attached a couple of photos.
All advice welcome.
