Not sure how concentrated you want it to be but when I cook mine they release lots of juice.
So, my suggestion would be to whizz them in a blender then add the pulp to some organic apple juice and cook then together on the hob or in the microwave.
Then strain them through a sieve (giving them a helping hand with the back of the spoon if you don’t mind it being a bit cloudy)
The thing I’ve noticed with cherry juice is that it goes brown quite quickly so some lemon juice or citric acid might be needed.
I have large, juice black cherries which I find are already sweet so the lemon does calm down the sweetness.
I’ve done the above process for skinless cherry jelly/jam and it worked well.
