I have a Stella cherry tree 18 months old it has fruit on it red cherry's but they are really sour and the size of a big pea , now do I leave them this year ? the cherrys in the shop are big ones do I just leave them this year ?

Could you maybe post a picture?
It's rather early for cherries to be ripening, so it may be something else instead (for example, my cherries are currently in the process of shedding the fruit which didn't pollinate properly, and those fruit in question do tend to turn red as they are shed by the plant, but they definitely are not edible).
