Victoria Plum Never Blossoms

I have had a mini Victoria plum tree for around 10 years and it has never even blossomed, let alone produced fruit. Please can anyone advise? I live in the South of England.

Victoria plum trees aren’t really a mini size,do you keep pruning it,maybe removing the bits it would’ve flowered on,I think they produce flowers/plums on year old wood,if this is always pruned away,that could be the reason. Or do you not prune it? Is it planted in the ground? Strange to never have one plum,a photo will be good to see if it does look like a Victoria plum or you could Google what the leaves look like to see if yours has the same size/shape leaves. I’ve got a miniature plum tree,the leaves are smaller than Victorias.
