        I haven't found any more caterpillars, and strangely the James Grieve tree about 10ft away has no damage at all. Maybe it was just one moth and 1 batch of eggs.

          I saw one today (thanks for the ID, Pen) on my climbing rose, but as it was on the part where all the leaves have had neat circles cut out already, I let it be.
          Location - Leicestershire - Chisit-land
          Endless wonder.
