Tiny caterpillar on fig

Loads of these in my green house. Any idea what it is please? Control? Can't use usual controls because of edibles.

There’s a fig tree moth it looks the same? Is it affecting any other plant? Find them in silks in curled up leaves.

Thanks. That looks like them. Now to research on how to control them.
A quick look comes up with garlic candles.
Will look some more later.
These moths seem to be a recent arrival.
