  • Another Lemon Tree Question

On a wim I bought a Lemon Tree from Aldi a couple of weeks back. It's quite big (for the price paid) and has 4 lovely big lemons on it. My question is should I pick them (they look ripe) or is it ok to leave them on the plant for a bit longer?

Sorry if this has been asked before but I have used the search but couldn't find anything..!

If the colour is deep lemon and if they are softish when you squeeze them then they are probably ready to be picked.
If you feel like leaving them on the plant no harm will be done.

Eventualy they will start to look old, they will still be ok to use then, so if you want to leave thm they will be fine, i have left some 4 to 6 months and they still look fine
