Saw an ad today for Tulameen Raspberries and Darselect Strawberries from Garden Bargains. Googled the varieties and they seem to be a good choice.
The offer says the canes and plants will fruit this year and as my fruit bushes from Aldi will be unlikely to do much if anything this year, thought these would be a good buy to get some fruit this year.
Anyone bought from this company?
I'm getting the twin pack (sharing with a friend) so 20 of each for £36 inc delivery, about 90p a plant/cane.
Also says that the canes can be grown 5 to a 35 litre pot wigwam style. Would this work or would they be better in the ground?
