Too late to move my raspberries ?

Hi there.
I have five large pots of raspberries which have been in their pots for a couple of years. We have now sorted an area in the garden for them to live permanently, so I was wondering have I left it too late to divide them and replant ? They are already beginning to bud, will I kill them ?

I asked a similar question recently and was advised to just squeak in and get them planted. My new raspberry canes went in 2 weeks ago and a potted raspberry last week, all seem to be doing well so you should be OK?
