Just wanted to share...I ate my first ever home grown rhubarb today, stewed over ice cream. What have I been missing all these years!? I am a rhubarb convert
Well done, it's lovely with plain or vanilla fromage frais too. I pulled a few sticks, but forgot I had put it on to cook. It was well stewed, welded to the saucepan . I usually microwave it anyway, so why I put it in a pan I still don't know.
I could not live without a garden, it is my place to unwind and recover, to marvel at the power of all growing things, even weeds!
Now a little Shrinking Violet.
