Ever bearing Strawberries

Just bought 3 plants at the farmer's market.

Has anyone ever grown these? I've been reading that I should pinch out any flowers this summer , but most information seems to be American. They produce a spring summer and Autumn crop apparently. They were ony a quid each so I reckoned they were worth a try at least

ever bearing varieties produce smaller crops but over a longer period. Your information is right to let the plants develop their roots pinch out the flowers and they should establish better and give good crops next year.
