I'm excited!
I bought a "lucky dip" fruit tree from Dobies/Suttons for £8 and am now the proud owner of a Cherry tree "Regina"
I've not been able to find much out about the variety. I think it's on a dwarfing rootstock because Dobies/Suttons say it will grow to about 7 ft.
I HOPE it's self fertile!
Any info or website links would be appretiated please.
Last year, my cold frame was empty by June and so I'm going to have a go at growing some melons this year.I thought I'd try to grow 2 in a growbag.
I'd be grateful for any tips or hints from folks who have grown melons in a cold frame please?
I'd also like to pass on a tip to any of you who use Dobies, Suttons or Wilkinsons. If you register with a site called Top cashback, you can get a discount on your online orders. Just google Top cashback. It works!
