I would like to have a couple of grapevines on my allotment. Can anyone suggest a good type to grow, pref seedless? Can they be grown as a bush rather than a climber? Any help or advice would be most welcome

Will it be warm enough, outdoors and on an allotment?
I'm not too far from you and I have an impressive (and productive) "Black Hamburg" growing on the SW wall of my house. But being SW-facing and the heat of the wall may help it.
Grapes are natural climbers and need support, so bush shapes would have to be trained around some kind of structure, built for the purpose.
Seedless grapes are usually obtained by spraying with chemicals, to trick the plant. My 'Hamburg has two or three small pips in each grape, but they're chemical-free, which is what matters to me.

I am very very interested in planting and gardening by the moon cycle and have recently bought a book on the subject. Am hoping to start properly next year on my allotment when I have more time
