  • Caterpillars on my strawberry plants

At the beginning of spring I noticed that the leaves of my strawberry plants we're getting shredded so I thought 'frigging slugs' and repotted them, this seemed to help as the leaves were fine after that...until now.
Over the last few days I've noticed little green caterpillars methodically eating the leaves of all 3 of my strawberry plants (one of which hadn't been affected by the slugs earlier in the year).
Can anyone tell me what they are and how I can get rid of them without affecting the fruits below them?
Any advice would be much appreciated!

I think the best way would be to pick them off by hand, especially if you don't have that many plants to deal with.

I'm having the same problem with one of my pots of raspberries - the leaves are being turned into lace.
