Turnips

I love a good turnip as much as the next person, but am overwhelmed by them. Have had turnip soup, turnip gratin, turnip crumble and turnip salad (not recommended) Can turnips be stored? If so how?

You could probably blanche them and then freeze once cool, I dont think they would last long in the fridge because of their high water content, you could also build a root cellar , OH boils them until tender and then cooks them in chilli butter
