We ate our first melon on Sunday, very nice. The second picture looks like ours do and they are Emir.

Mas junior and I ate my first home grown melon over the weekend and it looked beautifull so I thought I'd share a pic.

I have to say though unlike the home grown tomatoes which are just amazing beyond belief , ths melon tasted no better than a supermarket Galia. Luckily I have two other varieries almost ready to taste so I'n hoping they are tastier.
