  • Plums Miribelle Norman Variety plums

Someone very kindly allowed me to 'pick till i was sick' but the mirabele are small and yellow, the Norman are deep red. Both small plums (or perhaps the tree needs a wee prune) but sweet and delicious. Making jam and spiced chutnies as I type (multitasker)

Is this an old variety or are they naturally small ?

They always seem to be small - a bit like damsons. Fruity though, aren't they?
