  • Any advice on pommegranites ?

Morning all, at the request of my eldest daughter i planted out 16 pommegranite seeds from a fruit we brought back from Turkey, not expecting too much to happen. 2 weeks later i now have 16 little shoots..... any advice on where to go from here... i hear they are good as bonsai but thats an age away.... also got 3 shoots from the 16 peppercorns planted at the same time.. so any advice on those would be welcome.
    cheers.

Pomegranates - you will know to keep them warm. They will take a cold greenhouse in winter once established but not a frost. Do not over water, wait until the pot goes dry between waterings. Peppercorns - very difficult here in UK. Totally tropical so warm all the year.
Why didn't Noah just swat those 2 greenflies?

Why are they called apartments when they are all stuck together?

i was growing pomegrante from seed in soil in a container, it was successful but my nosy ruffling around i think damaged it. I think im going to try do this by tissue or wet cloth if had success with that with all kinds of citrus.
Dont judge a plant by it's pot.

not grown one from seed but i have a plant in the garden which overwintered OK - it had some fleece around it it was a stick when it went in so much older than a seedling! Good luck with them....
