Growing lychees and longans

Look im goin to make this short and sweet. Does anyone have any infromation for growing lychees from seed in England. I have looked on the internet and it is coming up with american rubbish so i cant be boverd. I have sprouted about 20 longan and lychee trees which a preety easy to sprout and am wondering if anyone has done this and what is there advice.

I googled "grow lychee UK" and got this:

Lychee plants tend to do very well in the house: ensure plenty of light, ventilation and food, and do not over-water.

They should be kept on a south-facing window indoors or in a conservatory/greenhouse not below 12°C.

Feed once a week with a phostrogen feed to help encourage flowers. They require loam-based compost with either grit or bark chippings to aid drainage. The optimum pH is 6.5. They should be re-potted once a year if/when the plant becomes pot-bound.

I visited a National Trust property yesterday which had a mature tree with a fruit I didn't recognise. I picked one and a leaf and this morning I am googling. I think it's a longan and it was a large tree and outside so if it is a longan that looks good for being able to grow it here if you're still interested.

Everyone's favourite forum was high in the results list hence me finding an old thread.

Lychees germinate easily enough.
I have got some in my seed tray for seeds from shop bought fruit and veg.
In the top right of the tray are three lychee seedlings ready for potting on.
