  • cherry tree mould

my fruiting cherry tree has suddenly developed mould up one side of the tree . any advice as to what it is and how to cure it would be appreciated.

It could be a 'sooty' mould. This is caused by aphids which secrete honeydew, which drips down the tree to which the sooty mould will grow.
