Better safe than sorry

Much to my surprise we had another frost last night. As I wandered round the garden I took a peep behind the fleece at my container peach. Yippee! it is full of swelling buds. Having survived thus far shall I give it another coat to protect the flowers against a late frost attack.
I would also like to know what, how and when to start feeding.
