    Is Cucumber fruit or veg ?.

    It doesn't matter really, just curious.......... My main question is :.....I have just bought some Cucumber Marketmore 76 as I was looking for an outdoor variety & wondered if it would grow up trellising or pergola. Thanks

    Technically it's a fruit but not sure what differnce that makes to growing it up trellising or a pergola? Would be fine up either.

    Some of us live in the past, always talking about back then. Some of us live in the future, always planning what we are going to do. And, then there are those, who neither look behind or ahead, but just enjoy the moment of right now.

    Which one are you and is it how you want to be?

      'Tis a fruit I believe.
      I have grown them up a trellis and they grew fine.

        It doesn't make any difference Alison. The fruit/veg thing was an afterthought.
