Raspberry cuttings

Hi all, unfortunately the autumn fruiting raspberrys I planted in September last year are not doing very well. Only two of the five plants are showing any signs of life. I read in another post to pull the ones that are not doing anything out of the ground. When can make cuttings and how to make up for my lossess?

I found last year that they can be very slow to get going, don't dig them up before you carefully dig down and check they haven't started growing.
