help with raspberries please

Can anyone help with my raspberries? I have been to visit them today and found some of the leaves have small orange ring-like growths on them. they definitely aren't blisters like Helen had so I don't know if it is Rust. they are not powdery but don't move when rubbed and only the top of the leaf is affected, nothing on the underside. I have removed as many of the leaves as I could see but can anyone advise what else I should do please? the canes are in their first full year. Many thanks Sue
