Seen these? new to me..

Look cool... anyone know what they're like in terms of resistance, etc?

I haven't seen that apple before, but in a good year (lots of sun), Discovery and Red Devil (both with fairly good disease resistance) will have some reddening of the flesh and strawberry flavour hints - sometimes streaks of red down to the core, although not red to the extent of the apples you've found.

The wesbite says that these new apples are very resistant to scab. I doubt they'd be allowed to make such a claim if it wasn't true.
You may find that the new apple variety is patented, in which case there should be a thorough description somewhere of the patent - you might be able to search online.
