Strawberries

Have decided to turn one of my Veg beds in to a Strawberry bed, it is only smallish at 4ft by 4ft, how many strawberry plants can I put in it? What is the general spacing or are they better bunched up?

i have mine 9inch apart hinksy and seem to do just fine as long as the soil is fertile you may be able to put them even closer
