Apple tree fell over

Hello I wonder if anyone can help. I have a gala apple in a pot, its one of the columnar type ones. In the high winds we had on Friday the apple tree fell over and all the apples fell off.

Can anyone please tell me what I can do with the apples? They are all unripe and it seems a shame to waste them.

Cook them.
Unripe eating apples can make reasonable cooking apples.
Chuck in a small amount of (shop-bought) Bramley if you're not sure how well they Gala's will cook.
